Kraisate is not only the most friendly person I know, but was such a great planner! I think he knows every restaurant, bar, sightseeing spot, public transportation detail in his area. He is relaxed and does everything to help you have a perfect stay. We went to see some great sports on Lake Biwa and around Shiga, visited a great onsen, ate at the best restaurants in the area, and all of it in one day. I travel alot, and I was pretty impressed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Kraisate is very wonderful person. It was my first time in Japan since April. He made me felt that Kansai area is very impressive. I can say that “Japan is love as first sight” for me in this trip. He knows every places and transportation. He can lead you to special point in each landmark, which make you never disappoint in your trip. I strongly assure that you will have amazing time.

Kraisate was very responsive and patience with out numerous enquires and clarifications. With his detailed plan, my family and I were able to visit many interesting places, ate some wonderful meals, learnt some interesting facts and had a wonderful time visiting all the beautiful cities and towns around the Kansei region. Kraisate is the most responsive and helpful guide! We had so many questions - even while on our trip- and he never skipped a beat to answer and be helpful. Kraisate is amazing! He made my daughters and I first trip to Japan the most exciting, memorable and adventurous trip of a lifetime. We didn’t want to leave! Our 17 day trip was well planned and detailed. He made sure we saw so many wonderful parts of Tokyo, Kyoto, Hokone , Shika, Arashiyama, and Osaka. Each place we visited he made sure we saw its beauty. At all times he was available and assisted us so many times. Kraisate went out of his way to check up on us and make sure we were having a good time. We are so excited to return to Japan in the Fall of 2024 and have him created another incredible trip for us. As well as having him create one for us when we visit Thailand too. Thank you Kraisate for all your hard work, dedication and care you put into creating our trip.

Kraisate Wongworapat was AMAZING. Absolutely the most wonderful experience I could have ever asked for. Kraisate went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure we had the best time. We even got to meet up with him and go hiking twice! My daughter had her birthday in Japan and he even arranged for a custom cake to be designed and sent to our hotel room. He made reservations at several wonderful restaurants, helped me to navigate the train system, and regularly checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. Kraisate also helped me to have an authentic experience in Japan, steering me to many local destinations where I was obviously, and often amusingly, the only tourist in sight. This included going into rural areas of Japan and hiking up to local Shinto temples.

Above all, having met Kraisate, I can say that he is an honest, genuine, and extremely kind person. After this trip, I am proud to call him a friend.

Kraisate Wongworapat was fantastic to work with. He was very quick to respond to all our inquiries both before and during the trip. He gave us some really helpful local advice and great food recommendations. If he didn’t know an answer, he looked it up in a way that we would not have been able to without knowing the language.
The guidebook was a great reference and very easy to use. It really gave you the worry free plans of a guided tour with the freedom of independent travel. I don’t foresee taking any international trips in the future without using ViaHero.
